ABOUT MARGO
Margo grew up in Northern California competing in tennis and Alpine Ski Racing. After graduating from San Diego State University with a Degree in International Business, she made her way to Kauai in 1998. Since then, she has lived on and off the island for over 15 years. She has sold real estate in California and Kauai for over ten years. While living on the magical island of Kauai on the North Shore, she swims in the ocean daily and hikes. She feels truly blessed to live and thrive in Paradise and loves helping her clients find their piece of paradise, whether it be a house, condo, investment property, or land to build their dream home.
Being a world class athlete and training for competitive sports since she was a child has taught her immense drive and determination to do whatever it takes to make things happen! Her commitment to invest as much time and research as needed is evident and greatly appreciated. She has extensive knowledge of the real estate market on the entire island of Kauai. This allows her to know what properties are actually worth and how to negotiate the best price. Her meditation practice and powerful manifesting skills allow her to help her clients find the perfect property! Extensive listening skills and intuition help her know what her clients really want.
